摘要
运用设计泄流能力保证率的概念 ,在考虑水文、水力不确定性的基础上 ,以围堰挡水隧洞导流方案为研究对象 。
By use of idea to design discharging capacity guarantee rate,on basis of considering hydrological and hydraulic indefinition,taking the cofferdam retaining water and tunnel diversion scheme as research object,the stochastic optimization design method to solve optimized tunnel diameter and cofferdam height with minimum cost of construction diversion system.
