摘要
目的探讨肝素抗凝血浆对钒酸盐氧化法测定总胆红素(Total Bilirubin,TB)结果的影响。方法采用钒酸盐氧化法平行测定300例患者的血清和肝素抗凝血浆标本中TB含量,并对两种方法的检测结果进行分析和比较。结果肝素抗凝血浆致钒酸盐氧化法测定TB结果降低。TB含量在1.7—300μmol/L范围内,肝素抗凝血浆的TB检测结果普遍低于血清2—45μmol/L;随着TB浓度的升高,检测结果的偏差越大;血清TB值y对于肝素抗凝血浆TB值X的校正公式为:y=1.1974x+2.2047;线性试验和方法比较试验均显示两者具有良好的相关性。结论肝素抗凝血浆致钒酸盐氧化法测定TB结果降低。
Objective To investigate the influence of heparin on the total bilirubin level detected by vanadate oxidation method. Methods Vanadate oxidation method was applied to detect total bilirubin in a range of 300 heparin anticoagulant plasma and serum samples. Results Heparin made low resalt in the detection of vanadate oxidation method ; the total bilirubin in beparin anticoagulant plasma was lower than serum. Conclusion In order to ensure the accurate and risible result; the serum samples should be adopted instead of heparin anticoagulant plasma samples.
