阿托伐他汀治疗冠状动脉旁路移植术后心房颤动的疗效观察 被引量：2

摘要 目的观察阿托伐他汀治疗冠状动脉旁路移植(CABG)术后心房颤动(AF)的疗效。方法选取2008年1月-2012年6月收治并行CABG手术的患者90例按随机、自愿原则分为对照组和观察组各45例。观察组术前1周开始口服阿托伐他汀10mg/d,对照组不给予阿托伐他汀治疗,对患者进行连续7d的心电监护,记录AF的发生情况。检测术前和术后7d 2组患者高敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的水平。结果观察组术后AF发生率为15.6%明显低于对照组的35.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组AF持续时间和最快心室率明显小于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);而2组间术后AF起始时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组间术前hs-CRP差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而观察组术后7d的hs-CRP明显低于对照组,差异有有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀可以减轻CABG术后的炎性反应程度,降低术后房颤的发生率。
