摘要
提升教师职业能力是新建本科院校面临的首要任务。河南牧业经济学院围绕应用型本科办学定位,以教师职业发展为主线,以实践培育为载体,以教师科研能力和社会服务能力提升为目标,构建了"师德、教研、科研、实践"四个培育平台,实现了教师职业能力提升与自我发展、学科专业建设发展、学院发展的有机结合。
The priority of the newly-built university is improving the teachers' professional skills. With applied talents training as orientation, teacher development as important link, practice and training as vehicles, and the research ability and social serve ability as major objectives, a platform of four cultivations--professional ethics, teaching research, academic research and practice was established to actualize the integration of career ability improvement, self-development, disciplinary construction and college development.
