镨镧改性铈锆固溶体储氧材料的制备与应用研究 被引量:4

摘要 采用并流共沉淀法制备了不同组成的镨镧改性铈锆固溶体储氧材料,并对其组织结构进行了表征。结果表明,改性后的储氧材料在老化前后均保持萤石立方相固溶体结构,具有较强的抗老化能力;添加Pr、La的储氧材料新鲜比表面积由65.25m^2/g增加到112m^2/g,1000℃老化4h后由22.56m^2/g增加到39.78m^2/g,粒径0.7~9.6μm,大部分为小于7μm的颗粒。掺杂少量Pr、La的新鲜三效催化剂对CO、C8H6和NO的起燃温度和完全转化温度降幅均达10%以上。 AOxygen storage materials of Ce-Zr solid solution modified by Pr and La were prepared by cocurrent flows coprecipitation. Its microstructure was characterized. The results show that fluorite structure of cubic solid solution before and after aging in modified oxygen storage materials which have strong aging resistance. The fresh specific surface area of doping Pr and La enlarges from 65.25 m^2/g to 112 m^2/g and it enlarges from 22.56 m^2/g to 39.78 m^2/g after being aged for 4 h at 1 000 ℃. The particle size is 0. 7-9.6 μm and most is smaller than 7 μm. The light-off temperature and full-conversion temperature of fresh three-way catalyst for CO, C3H6 and NO drop by 10% above.
