摘要
成年期学校德育存在着"去成人化"、"学校中心化"、"功利化"和"碎片化"等问题。提高成年期学校德育的实效性,应当实现从"育德"到"成人"、从"传递"到"建构"、从"学校"到"生活"、从"他律"到"自律"的范式转换。
There are some problems of " anti - adultification', " school centralization", "utilitarianism" and "fragmentation" in school moral education in adulthood. In order to improve the effectiveness of school moral education in adulthood, the paradigms should change from "cultivating morality" to "being adults", from "transferring" to "constructing", from "school" to "life" and from "heteronomy" to "self- discipline".
