摘要
"校局合作"对创新公安民警教育训练模式,促进公安队伍建设和公安事业发展具有重要意义。在当前职责模糊的"一体化"管理模式下,公安院校的民警培训职能发挥略显不足,"校局合作"范围较窄,开展不够深入。应积极构建基于民警培训的决策共商、需求共析、教官共培、专题共研、信息互通和基地共建的"校局合作"长效机制,充分利用公安院校和公安机关的各自的资源优势,不断提高民警培训质量。
It is of great significance that police academy cooperation with police bureau innovating educational training mode, promoting construction of police team and police career development. Currently, in the management pattern integration is vague, the public academies has insufficient function in police training, and police academy in cooperation with police bureau is not carried out deeply enough and in a narrow range. Through making decision, analysing demands, training instructors, researching projects, exchanging information and building train centers, we should make full use of resources advantages in police colleges and police bureaus to construct a long-term mechanism to improve the quality of police training.
