摘要
目前我国关于第三方物流的研究主要集中在第三方物流能力、客户满意度与绩效测评以及供需关系等方面,忽略了特定物流服务供需关系下的能力和满意度匹配以及第三方物流的动态发展。从静态视角出发,根据第三方物流服务基础和能力以及服务范围和规模经济性,我国的第三方物流可以分为重资产聚焦型、轻资产聚焦型、重资产规模型和轻资产规模型四种类型;从动态发展的视角进行研究,则可将第三方物流划分为重资产拓展型、聚焦蜕变型、规模蜕变型及轻资产拓展型。对于不同类型的第三方物流的发展能力、客户评价的绩效标准及供需双方关系的治理,应该在整体的视角下有差别地进行。
The third party logistics (TPL) has drawn more and more attention in both academic and practical world over the years. Based on previous studies, this paper proposed that current researches mainly focus on TPL capabilities, customer satisfaction and performance evaluation as well as supplier-customer relationship, with a negligence of the matching between TPL capabilities and cus- tomer satisfaction under specific supplier-customer relationship, and the dynamics of TPL develop- ment. Moreover topics concerning relational governance also need to be explored. The paper proposes four types of TPLs based on TPL capabilities and service scope or scale of economy, and further analyzes corresponding TPL competence, performance evaluation and relational governance. Four evolutionary types of TPLs are suggested from dynamic perspective.
