摘要 柴油机机体虚拟仿真平台可以实现各激励载荷的单独作用,通过计算可获得机体的振动响应及传递特性,同时采用谱相关技术分析激励载荷施加部位与机体结构振动响应信号的频谱变化,找出复杂路径下影响振动信号传递的关键结构。结果表明,振动源激励响应在传递过程中由于受到机体本身动态特性的影响会产生不同程度的衰减,同时,在经过不同结构后振动信号的频谱成分幅值与信号频率成分均会产生不同的变化。 Each incentive load could work alone on the virtual simulation platform of diesel engine block .The vibration re-sponse and transfer characteristics of engine block were calculated with the platform ,the point applied by the incentive load and the spectrum changes of block structural vibration signal were analyzed ,and the key structures that influenced vibration signal transfer under the complex conditions were found .The results showed that the excitation response of vibration sources would decay due to the block dynamic characteristics in the transfer process .Besides ,the spectral amplitude and frequency component of vibration signals had different changes after different structures .
