摘要
本文依据相关规划和有关技术资料,合理确定了梁济运河防洪标准和设计洪水流量、洪水位,计算了梁济运河特大桥的桥位处壅水情况,对桥梁防洪影响进行了综合分析,包括对有关规划、现有防洪标准、有关技术要求的适应性分析,对河道泄洪、河势稳定、河道堤防和其他水利工程设施的影响分析,对防汛抢险的影响分析,并就减小和避免因建桥产生的防洪不利影响提出了建议。
In the paper, Liangji Canal flood protection standard, design flood flow and flood level are reasonably determined according to relevant planning and related technical information. Water damming condition of bridge location of Liangji Cannel Grand Bridge is calculated. Bridge flood control influence is comprehensively analyzed, including adaptive analysis on related planning, existing flood control standard and related technical requirements, influence analysis on river discharge, river pattern stability, river embankments impact and other water conservancy facilities, and influence analysis on food control rescue. Suggestions are proposed for reducing and avoiding flood control unbeneficial influence due to bridge construction.
