摘要
在对自行研制的自控型供沙漏斗的结构、工作原理进行详细论述的基础上 ,对其稳定性和转速与供沙速率间的关系进行了测试 ,结果表明在 90次测试中最大相对误差不超过 15 .5 % ,供沙速率不随时间发生显著变化 ;转速与供沙速率间存在非常显著的线性关系 ,随着转速的增大供沙速率稳定增加 ;该漏斗可提供 0~ 112 0 g/ s供沙速率 。
Sediment feeding hopper is an most important technique for researches of sediment transport capacity and soil erosion model building. One self controlled sediment feeding hopper was developed and the structure and working theory were discussed in detailed. The stability and relationship between running speed and sediment rate were tested. The results indicted that the kind hopper had very high stability and the maximum relative error was less than 15.5%. There is a very fine linear correlation existing between motor running speed and sediment feeding rate. Sediment feeding rate increased as motor running speed increasing. The range of sediment feeding rate was 0~1 120 g/s and should be used in the researches of relative fields, such as sediment transport capacity of overland flow.
