摘要
为解决水平大巷掘进时影响掘进速度的矸石装载、运输工序占循环时间最长的问题,通过对排矸运输系统的改造,将原来矸石直接装矿车改造为带式输送机配矸石储存仓排矸,做到机轨合一,实现掘进时连续排矸,缩短矸石装载、运输时间,做到排矸不影响掘进迎头的支护等工序的进行,实现平行作业,避免了相互交叉影响的现象,提高了掘进速度和效率。
Load and transport the gangue represent the longest cycle time,which influence the speed of boring. To solve this problem, we transform the gangue discharge system. We change from loading in mine car to discharging by belt conveyor wiith coal gangue storage warehouse. This mode combines the machine and rail together is able to discharge gangue continuously and cut down the load and trnsport time. It would not influence the support of boring head and other procedure, avoid different procedures influece each other,improve the boring speed and efficiency.
