摘要
针对专用于含硫化铁结核体的薄煤层开采的采煤机截割部,综合利用Matlab、ADAMS等工具建立模拟仿真工作环境,对设备输入负载进行动态仿真,对仿真边界条件和关键部件运行中存在的问题利用刚-柔耦合多体系统模型进行分析,据此对采煤机截割部零件进行设计和优化,降低设备设计研发成本。
In the view of the dedicated to contain iron sulfide TB thin coal seam mining, coal winning machine cutting part of comprehensive utilization. ADAMS and Matlab tool to build simulation environment to work and the equipment input load for dynamic simulation, the simulation boundary conditions and problems existing in the operation of key components using firm soft coupling muhibody system model is analyzed, on the basis of the parts design and optimization of coal winning machine cutting part, reduce the cost of equipment designed and developed.
