摘要
基于机械系统动力学仿真软件ADAMS,对蓝莓采摘机构力学性能进行仿真分析。运用SolidWorks三维建模软件建立采摘机构的模型,通过固定接口导入ADAMS中进行动态仿真,分析蓝莓树枝时域稳态受迫振动情况,并绘制采摘力变化情况仿真曲线,仿真结果表明,偏心轮转速对采摘效果影响显著。仿真结果为该采摘机构的物理样机的实现提供了技术依据。
The mechanical property of blueberry picking mechanism was simulated based on mechanical system dynamics simulation software ADAMS .The three-dimensional solid model of picking mechanism ,which is established in Solidworks ,was imported into ADAMS by fixed interface .The steady forced vibration of blue-berry branches in time domain was analyzed ,and picking force variation curves were obtained .The simulation results showed that the speed of eccentric wheel has significant impact on picking .The results provide a techni-cal basis for designing physical prototypes of picking mechanism .
