摘要
目的对比半导体激光及水胶体透明贴治疗褥疮的临床效果。方法随机将69例褥疮患者分为治疗组(半导体激光组)和对照组(水胶体透明贴组)。治疗组进行创面处理后采用半导体激光局部照射患处,对照组在同样处理创面后使用水胶体透明贴贴于患处。结果两组的平均治愈时间、治愈率和总有效率具有显著性差异。结论半导体激光治疗褥疮有明显临床疗效,优于水胶体透明贴的治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To compare the clinical effect of semiconductor laser and hydrocolloid transparent dress-ing in the treatment of bedsore .Methods 69 cases of bedsore were divided randomly into treatment group （semi-conductor laser group ） and control group （hydrocolloid transparent dressing ） .The treatment group were treated by semiconductor laser irradiation on the affected area after wound treatment ,and the control group were treated by hydrocolloid transparent paste on the affected area after the same process of wound treatment .Results The aver-age healing time ,recovery rate and total effective rate of the two groups was significant different .Conclusions There are obvious clinical therapeutic effect of bedsore treatment by semiconductor laser ,better than the therapeutic effect by hydrocolloid transparent dressing ,it is worthy of clinical generalization and application .
