摘要
本文按照国家教育部面向 2 1世纪教改计划项目要求 ,对近两年高师毕业生的师德和师能状况进行了调查和实证研究 ,分析了存在的问题 ,提出了改进方略 :一是构建师德与师能有机结合培养的育人格局 ;二是提高高师院校教师素质 ;三是突出培养学生健康人格和良好的交际能力 ;四是切实引导学生自觉加强师德修养与师能锻炼 ;
According to National Education Department's Needs for education reform plan which is geared to the 21st century, this article investigates and researches the current situation of the graduates' professional ethics and technical ability in recent two years. At the same time, it analyses the existing problems and puts forward the general plan for improvement. First: contruct the education pattern which is just the organic integration of teachers' professional ethics and technical ability. Sencond: improve the performance of teachers who work in normal universities. Third: lay stress on cultivating students' noble character and fine communication ability. Forth: guide practically students to strengthen conscientiously their professional ethics for teachers and technical ability. Fifth: perfect the evaluation system on teachers' morality and technical ability. [
