摘要
以6000t/d熟料线为例,详细介绍了窑尾增湿塔的选型与关键节点的设计;并针对不同工程项目的环境和工况参数的差异,对增湿塔的设计方法进行了优化。目前,经中材装备南京分公司设计优化的Φ10.5m最大规格的增湿塔已在多个工程项目中取得了良好的应用效果。
A 6 000 t/d clinker production line as an example, type selection and design of key parts of kiln-end conditioning tower were introduced in detail. And aiming to different project environment and operating condition parameters, the design method of conditioning tower was optimized. At present, The largest Φ10.5 m conditioning tower developed by Sinoma Technology & Equipment Group (Nanjing) has been applied in a number of projects successfully .
