摘要
针对国内某低品位难选铁矿,采用深度还原磁选分离技术对其进行处理。研究结果表明:随还原温度升高,产物的金属化率先增大后降低,1275℃时的金属化率最高;随时间延长,产物金属化率增加明显,但超过60min后金属化率增加缓慢。对最优条件下还原产物进行磨矿、磁选、粒度分级处理,结果显示磁选精矿粒度越粗,铁品位越高。粒度>0.1mm的精矿铁品位>94%,占磁选精矿的75.2%,可以作为优质还原铁使用;粒度<0.1 mm的精矿铁品位在80%左右,可以作为炼铁炼钢添加剂使用。
In this present work, the deep reduction and magnetic separation were used to study the domestic low grade iron ores. The results show that going up with reduction temperature, the metallization ratio increased first and then decreased. The metallization ratio reached to peak value at 1 275 ℃ ; The metallization ratio increased over reduction time, but increased slowly after 60 min. With increasing of magnetic concentrate grain, the iron grade improved. The concentrate with size more than 0. 1mm has a iron grade over 94%, and the yield was 75.2%, it could be used as high quality DRI. The concentrate with size less than 0. 1mm has a iron grade 80%, it could be used as additive of ironmaking and steelmaking.
