静脉输液港再通障碍41例原因分析 被引量：13

摘要 置入式静脉输液港简称静脉港，为一种埋于皮下组织中的置入式、可长期留置的中心静脉输液装置，由供穿刺的输液座和导管两部分组成。静脉港在置入和留置使用时可发生多种并发症，导管堵塞为其常见并发症，发生率大于25％［1］。河北医科大学第四医院2008年12月～2013年3月应用不同术式置入静脉港，共完成成人静脉港置入术2007例，其中41例发生静脉港导管堵塞。现就其发生堵塞原因及处理方法报告如下。
