摘要 采用两步法工艺和设备,按照9组实验配方,在基础配方的基础上,添加铁红和UV531作为添加剂,制备出亚麻屑/高密度聚乙烯复合材料。分析了加入不同添加剂的复合材料老化前后的弯曲性能、冲击性能和密度。实验数据表明,亚麻屑含量为60%、添加抗老化剂UV531的木塑复合材料物理及力学性能较好,得出了加工亚麻屑/HDPE复合材料的最优工艺和实验配方。 Using two-step process and equipment, according to 9 groups of experimental formula, based on the basic formula, iron red and UV531 are added as additives to prepare flax residue/high-density polyethylene composites, and the bending properties, impact properties and density of composite material before and after aging, with the addition of different additives are analyzed. The experimental data show that in the case of flax residue content of 60%, the addition of anti-aging agent UV531 can help obtain excellent physical and mechanical properties of wood/plastic composites, and the best process and experimental formula for processing flax residue/HDPE composites are obtained.
