摘要
目的:设计一种自动控制多变形超声诊断床,以适应不同患者的诊断体位及上下床的需要。方法:对诊断床的高度及床面角度进行设计,把诊断床的面板分为彼此独立的部分,分别对应人体不同部位,采用单动或联动方式,协调各个面板之间的运动。结果:通过床边的控制按钮进行操作,调节床体高度及床板的角度,实现了升降、抬头、抬背及躯体侧翻等动作,可满足超声检查所需的各种体位位姿,完成了患者体位的自动改变。结论:该诊断床操作方便,特别适合骨折、外伤、交流困难及重症不能自行变换体位的患者,减小了操作者及患者家属的劳动强度。
Objective To design an automatic control deformable ultrasonic diagnosis table to meet the requirements of different positions and embarking or debarking the table. Methods The design was performed for the height and tabletop angle. The tabletop was divided into parts corresponding to different body sites, and the single-acting or linked modes were used to coordinate the action of tabletop parts. Results Some bedside control buttons could regulate the table height and tabletop angles to realize the actions of lifting, raising the head, straightening the back, turning the body over and etc, and then different diagnosis positions could be obtained for ultrasonic examination. Conclusion The diagnosis table is easy to operate, and is adaptable to the patients with fracture, trauma, impaired communication and other severe diseases.
