摘要
通过对东芝TOSHIBA 16排螺旋CT在2008—2012年故障统计进行分析,评估了"预防性维护"和"CT全包保修"二级混合保障方案应用的合理性和可行性,经实践证明,混合保障方案凸显了"以患者为中心"的服务理念,为CT的高效运行提供了切实的保障,最后指出了维修工程师在预防性维护中的重要作用。
The failures of Toshiba 16-row spiral CT from 2008 to 2012 are analyzed, and the rationality and feasibility of the mode combining preventive maintenance with warranty are evaluated. The practice proves that the mode lays a foundation for the patient-oriented service and the effectiveness of CT. The importance of the maintenance engineer is pointed out for preventive maintenance.
