摘要
整体式叶轮是压气类发动机的核心部件,它的建模技术和制造技术直接影响到发动机的运行及可靠性。带分流叶片的整体式叶轮,其造型规范,是典型的复杂曲面类零件。基于Imageware技术平台,运用逆向工程技术对整体式叶轮进行曲面模型的重构。
The overall pressure impeller is the core component of the gas engine class. Its modeling techniques and manufacturing technologies directly affect the operation and reliability of the engine. Integral impeller with splitter blades, modeling specification, is a typical class of complex surface parts. Based on technology platform of Imageware, reverse engineering technique is used to reconstruct the overall impeller surface model.
