摘要
[目的]研究不同浓度的紫茎泽兰提取液对烟蚜的田间防治效果。[方法]开展不同浓度紫茎泽兰提取液对烟蚜的田间防效试验,明确紫茎泽兰提取物对烟蚜的防治效果,并筛选出最适宜的浓度。[结果]试验结果表明,紫茎泽兰提取物对烟蚜具有较好的防效,其防治作用随浓度的增加而增强,与常规化学农药40%乐果乳油1000倍液相比,虽然其防效较慢,但药效持效期长,且对烟蚜天敌无影响;喷施800倍液紫茎泽兰提取液12d后对烟蚜的防效就可达92.7%,且田间持效期可达20d以上。[结论]800倍液紫茎泽兰提取液可有效防治烟蚜。
Objective The aim was to study the field efficacy of Eupatorium adenophorum extract with different concentrations in preventing and curing Myzus pergicae . [Method]The efficacy of Eupatorium adenophorum extract in preventing and curing Myzus pergicae was defined ,by field efficacy experiment of Eupatorium adenophorum extract with different concentrations in preventing and curing Myzus pergicae, and the most suitable concentration was selected. [Result]The results showed that Eupatorium adenophorum extract had better effect for controlling Myzus pergicae, and the control effect enhanced with increasing concentration.Compared with conventional chemical pesticides 40%dimethoate EC 1000 times, although its control effect was slow, however, the efficacy persistence was length, and had no effe ct on the tobacco aphid predators. The control effect after 12d on Myzus persicae was up to 92.7 % with spraying 800 times Eupatorium adenophorum extract, and the persistence was above 20 d. [Conclusion] The 800 times Eupa-torium adenophorum extract could control Myzus persicae effective .
