摘要
针对黑岱沟露天煤矿抛掷爆破—拉斗铲剥离工艺及生产能力高位运行的现状,为了解决现条件下9号煤无法采出的问题,提出了单铲逐层倒堆和追踪式变采宽开采两种可行方案,并分析了两种开采方案对生产能力的影响。结果表明:单铲逐层倒堆使设备效率降低,生产能力最高能达到24.46Mt/a;追踪式变采宽方案能达到的生产能力为28Mt/a左右,且当6号煤端帮到界后在端帮处舍弃长度为160m的9号煤时生产能力可达到30Mt/a的生产要求。
According to the throwing blasting - dragline stripping technology and the production capacity high leveloperation status of Heidaigou Surface Mine, in order to solve difficult mining problem of No. 9 seam under the presentcondition, two feasible plans of a single shovel restriping layer by layer and a tracking width varied mining were providedand the two mining plans affected to the production capacity were analyzed. The results showed that the single shovelrestriping layer by layer would make the equipment efficiency reduced and the max production capacity of the surface minecould be at 24. 46Mt/a. The tracking width varied mining plan could make the mine production capacity about 28Mt/a andwhen the end slope of No. 6 seam was at the mine boundary, a length of 160m in No. 9 seam would be given up at the endslope and the mine production capacity would be 30Mt/a.
