摘要
为了研究进排气防爆系统对矿用柴油机的性能影响,文章以某型号矿用柴油机为试验样机,对该机在增加进排气防爆系统前后两种状态下进行了外特性试验,试验结果显示,在增加进排气防爆系统后,柴油机标定功率下降了8.6%、最大扭矩下降了8.1%、最小油耗率增加了14%,最高排气温度升高12%。研究结果表明,增加进排气防爆系统后,矿用柴油机的进排气阻力增大,进气压力减小,排气背压增加,空气消耗量减小,功率和扭矩减小,动力性能下降,燃油消耗率增加,经济性能变差,排气温度升高。
In order to study the intake and exhaust flame proof system affected to the performances of the diesel engine,based on a mine diesel engine as a test prototype, external features tests were conducted on the test prototype before andafter applied with the intake and exhaust flame proof system. The test results showed that after the intake and exhaust flameproof system applied, the rated power of the diesel engine was reduced by 8.6%, the max torque was reduced by 8. 1%,a min oil consumption rate was increased by 14% and a max exhaust temperature was increased by 12%. The study resultsshowed that after the intake and exhaust flame proof system applied, the intake and exhaust resistance of the mine dieselengine was increased, the intake pressure was reduced, the exhaust back pressure was increased, the air consumption wasreduced, the power and torque were reduced, the power performances were reduced, the fuel oil consumption rate wasincreased, the economic performances were became poor and the exhaust temperature was increased.
