摘要
为了提高白牛厂矿山斜井提升运输系统的稳定性,采用可靠度理论中的事故树分析法研究了斜井多级提升系统安全运行的影响因素及相互关系。结果表明:提升系统可靠性是人为、设备和运行环境三方面共同作用的结果。提升基本事件包括井底事件、井筒事件和井头事件,提升系统可靠度为71.3%,其中无法调度及装车故障是提升系统的最大问题。研究结果利于有针对性地解决矿山现有问题及提高系统的稳定性。
To improve the stability of hoisting and haulage system in the inclined shaft of Bainiuchang mine,accident tree of reliability theory was taken to evaluate influential factors and their relationships on the multi-level hoisting system.Results showed that the safety of hoisting system was a combination of staff, device and operating environment.Elementary events included shaft bottom,body and head events,and the reliability of the hoisting system was 71.3%,whereas dispatching failure and loading accident were the weakest steps.The study is useful to solve in-situ problems and improve the system stability.
