摘要
水泥混凝土路面的破碎改造,可通过对旧板块轧制加工获取再生集料用于水稳基层。从水稳基层的性能要求出发,对相同试验条件下全天然集料、全再生集料及再生料(0.6 mm以下天然料替代)3种方案的混合料性能进行试验比较,分析其力学特性及路用性能。试验结果表明,再生集料能够符合基层施工的质量要求,稳定混合料性能满足工程路用要求,具有良好的工程应用推广价值。
In the rehabilitation of old cement concrete pavements, regenerated aggregates can be obtained as the material for the cement-stabilized base. According to the performance requirements of ce- ment-stabled base,this study conducted laboratory tests of three mixtures-pure natural aggregates/pure re- generated aggregates/mixed regenerated aggregates-under the same test conditions,and then compared the results and analyzed the mechanical properties and pavement performance of the mixtures. Test results in- dicate that regenerated aggregates accord with the quality indexes of base construction. The mixture per- formance can meet the road engineering requirements. Regenerated aggregates from cement pavement can be applied in construction.
