基于生态足迹的低丘缓坡土地开发环境影响评价——以湖北省松滋市为例 被引量:2

摘要 低丘缓坡土地合理开发利用能有效保护优质耕地、缓解用地矛盾,但作为开发项目,也会对生态环境造成破坏,故研究其对生态环境的影响具有重大现实意义。运用生态足迹模型,对松滋市2012年度低丘缓坡开发项目的生态足迹进行核算,定量反映开发过程各个方面对生态环境的影响。结果表明,材料的生态足迹为97 962.63hm2,占总生态足迹的98.12%,是影响低丘缓坡土地开发消耗的关键因素;机械、占地、废弃物的生态足迹分别为1 082.7hm2、790.11hm2、3.00hm2。据此提出减少材料消耗、降低能耗等减少低丘缓坡土地开发对生态环境破坏的合理对策和措施。 Reasonable exploitation and utilization of mild slopes of low mountains and hills can effectively protect high-quality cultivated land and alleviate contradiction in land use .However ,as a development project ,such exploitation may also cause damage to the ecological environment ,so it is of practical significance to study its impact on ecological environment .Using the ecological footprint model , this paper calculates the ecological footprint of the development project on mild slope of low mountains and hills in Songzi City in 2012 and quantitatively reflects the impact of the development process on the ecological environment from all aspects .The results show that the ecological footprint of materials was 97 962 .63 hm2 ,accounting for 98 .12% of the total ecological footprint ,which was the key factor in affecting the consumption of the development ,and that the ecological footprint of machinery ,land occupation and wastes was 1 082 .7 hm^2 ,790 .11 hm^2 ,3 .00 hm^2 respectively .Based on the above results ,the paper put forward countermeasures for reducing the destruction to ecological environment caused by exploitation of mild slope of low mountain and hills ,such as reduction of material consumption and energy consumption .
