摘要
重载汽车转向节臂结构复杂,承受弯扭组合变形的作用,强度分析至关重要。通过ANSYS软件对汽车转向节臂在承受非线性载荷时进行模拟分析,采用参数化命令得到了转向节臂的等效应力分布规律。通过修改应力值较大区域处的圆弧半径,对转向节臂进行结构优化设计,模拟显示,改进后的结构应力分布较为合理,最大应力值明显减小,为转向节臂的结构设计提供了理论参考。
The structure of steering knuckle arm overloading car is complex,and it bears combination deformation of bending and twisting,the strength analysis was crucial important. The steering knuckle arm is simulated and analyzed for the nonlinear load through ANSYS software. Equivalent stress distribution rule of steering knuckle arm is got using parameterized commands. The steering knuckle arm structure is optimized by changing the circular arc radius of the stress value larger area,simulation shows that the stress distribution of improved structure is more reasonable and maximum stress value decreases obviously,it provided theoretical reference for the structure design of steering knuckle arm.
