摘要
研究了一种圆柱分度凸轮机构的正向设计方法,在二维平面上模拟了从动轮的运动轨迹,得到了分度凸轮的两条分度曲线并生成三维模型,将设计的分度凸轮机构制造完成后应用到设备上能够满足设备的功能需要,实现了圆柱分度凸轮机构的快速设计和应用。
A forward design method for cylinder indexing cam mechanism is researched. The roller follower＇s motion track on the two-dimensional plane is simulated,the two indexing curve of cam are got,and the 3D model is built. The designed indexing cam mechanism can satisfy the functional requirement of the equipment when it is applied to the equipment. The fast design and application of the cylinder indexing cam mechanism has been achieved.
