摘要
针对梅花型联轴器在矿山机械中的广泛应用,对梅花型联轴器的故障进行了分析,特别对两个半联轴节安装不对中现象,按照对中、偏移0.5 mm、偏移1 mm三种情况运用ANSYS软件进行了仿真。根据不同的故障提出不同的解决方法。以某设备梅花联轴器使用情况为例进行分析,相比以前采取正确的安装方法后,梅花联轴器的损耗量下降2倍。结果表明选择合格产品加上正确的安装方法对梅花联轴器的使用寿命有较大提高,设备可靠性有所增强。
Aiming at the wide application of the plum blossom coupling in mining machinery,the faults of the plum blossom coupling are analyzed. The misalignment phenomenon about two half-couplings mounting is simulated by using ANSYS software according to alignment,0. 5mm offset and 1mm offset in three cases. According to the different faults of the plum blossom coupling,different solutions are put forward. Taking the use case of certain equipment plum coupling as example,the loss of plum coupling decreases 2 times comparing to the previous by adopting the correct installation methods. The result shows that the plum blossom coupling service life will be increased greatly with the selection of qualified products and the correct installation method,and then the reliability of the equipment is enhanced.
