摘要
通过钢液与夹杂物间的热力学平衡计算,对Al脱氧弹簧钢钙处理过程中铝酸钙硫化物的析出行为进行热力学分析,探讨[Al]、[Ca]、[S]浓度和钢液温度对Al2O3夹杂物变性行为的影响。结果表明,1600℃钢液温度下,w[Al]=0.03%时,Al2O3生成为低熔点12CaO·7Al2O3时的w[Ca]>0.0034%,其值随钢液温度降低而减小,随铝含量增大而增大。CaS析出时的临界钙含量随钢液温度降低而显著减小,当w[S]<0.005%时,w[Ca]随w[S]变化而显著变化。要使钢中夹杂物控制在低熔点12CaO·7Al2O3区域,需控制w[S]<0.0037%,该值随钢液温度的降低或铝含量的增大而减小。
Thermodynamic analysis of the precipitation of calcium aluminate sulfide and the deformability of Al2O3 inclusions in the process of calcium treatment for Al deoxidization spring steel was conducted through the equilibrium reaction between the molten steel and inclusions .The results show that ,the calcium in molten steel should be over 0 .0034% to transform Al2O3 into the low-melting-point 12(CaO) · 7(Al2O3 ) when the w[Al] is 0 .03% and the molten steel temperature is 1600 ℃ , and the amount of calcium needed should increase with the growing content of Al and decrease with the falling temperature of the molten steel .As CaS precipitates ,the content of critical calcium decreases obviously with the falling temperature and when w[S]〈0 .005% ,w[Ca] varies significantly with w[S] .To form the low-melting-point 12(CaO)· 7(Al2O3 ) ,it is necessary to reduce the sulfur content so that w[S]〈0 .0037% ,w hich decreases with the falling temperature or growing content of Al .
