武钢连铸二冷水系统分析与改进

摘要 针对武钢连铸二冷水系统冷却效果不佳问题,对二冷水压缩空气控制系统、喷淋水控制系统和喷嘴特性等现状逐一进行分析,结果表明,由于二冷水压缩空气压力控制不稳,不能实现喷淋水、气的自由调控,以及由于喷嘴流量调节方法不当使得铸坯宽度方向上温差大,其结果导致了铸坯边角裂纹。解进方法是调整压缩空气控制方式,在支路上安装调节阀、压力检测器及流量计,优化二冷水、气配比参数,最终实现二冷水系统冷却效果的精确控制。二冷水系统改进后的效果极为显著。 The status of the secondary cooling water system was analyzed from several aspects including working principle of secondary cooling water ,the control systems of compressed air and spray water and the properties of nozzles ,in order to solve the problem of slab corner cracking caused by poor cooling effect of secondary cooling water .The result shows that the main factors resulting in poor cooling of secondary cooling water are the unstable air pressure control system ,non-free adjustment of pray water in the width direction ,and the improper adjusting manner of nozzle flow .By optimizing the control manner of compressed air ,installing control valve ,pressure sensor and flow meter in the branch circuit ,and optimizing the water and gas ratio of secondary cooling ,precise control of water and air of secondary cooling water is made possible ,the cooling effect of secondary cooling water is improved effectively ,and the number of corner cracks on the slab is reduced obviously .
