摘要
针对工业纯碱在市场需求波动时不能快速反应,通过调整补货策略可以提高反应效率。文章在S,,s,补货策略的基础上,结合某物流公司的实际工业纯碱物流经营情况,设计对应的工业纯碱的补货策略,并在此基础上设计对应的辅助决策系统软件,以帮助企业进行库存管理。
Most of the time the logistics company can＇t make timely changes in the market to adjust, we can solve this problem by adjusting the logistics company＇s replenishment strategy. This paper considers the actual situation of the sodium carbonate logistics enterprises, based on research （S,s ） strategy and the actual situation of enterprises, this paper proposes to use the 〈S,s strategy as the company＇s sodium carbonate replenishment strategy. To make it easier to implement this strategy in the enterprise＇s operations, we have designed a corresponding decision support software on this basis.
