摘要
天津开放大学人才队伍建设要围绕社会发展的需要,积极吸取国内外的好经验,服务于终身教育这个主题,积极探索适应天津教育改革和发展的人才队伍建设新途径。按照天津开放大学建设对人才的需求和人才队伍建设的自身规律,建设一支适应天津开放大学发展特点的高素质人才队伍。
The talented team construction of Tianjin Open University should focus on the social development and needs. The talented team construction should actively learn from good experience at home and abroad, should serve for the theme of lifelong education. We should actively explore new ways of the talented team construction in Tianjin education reform and development. In accordance with Tianjin Open University construction demand for the talented and the construction law, we should build a team of the talented qualified to adapt to characteristic development of Tianjin Open University.
