摘要
学分积累与转换制度的建设,有利于推进各级各类教育的相互衔接与沟通,为学习者提供多层次、多形式、宽口径、多出口、多通道的学习途径和学习机会,最大限度地满足学习者个性化、多样化的学习需求。因借鉴银行的某些功能和运行原理,又被称为学分银行制度。地方学分银行作为组织区域学分认证、存储和转换的主要实施主体,应明确目标和功能定位,完成组织架构设计、制度建设、学分认证与转换标准制定、学分银行管理网络平台搭建等工作。
The system construction of transformation and accumulation of the learning achievement is conductive to promoting the mutual connection and communication at all levels of education. In order to furthest satisfy the individualized learning and diverse learning needs, it provides learners with multi level, multi form, wide caliber, multi outlet, multi channel approach learning opportunities. Because of reference to certain functions and running principles of a bank, it is also called the credit bank. The local credit bank is the main body of regional learning achievements authentication and credit storage, transformation. We should be clear about the goal and the function localization, complete the organizational structure design, the construction of policies and regulations, formulate credit authentication and transfer standards, construction credit bank management network platform etc.
