摘要
从短柄草中克隆获得一个2C型蛋白磷酸酶基因,命名为BdPP2C2。序列分析结果表明,该基因ORF的长度为1 368 bp。进化分析结果表明,该基因所编码的蛋白与拟南芥AtPP2C56的亲缘关系最近。实时荧光定量PCR分析结果表明,该基因的表达显著受ABA、乙烯、双氧水3种信号分子诱导,并且受高盐和低温胁迫诱导。这些结果表明,BdPP2C2是非生物逆境胁迫中的一个应答因子,并且可能受相关信号分子调控。
A PP2C gene named BdPP2C2 was isolated from Brachypodium distachyon, and the result of sequence analysis proved that the length of its ORF was 1 368 bp. Phylogenetic analysis revealed that BdPP2C2 had the closest genetic relationship with A tPP2C56. Quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR) assay reveale that the expression level of BdPP2C2 was induced by ABA, ethylene, H202, NaC1 and cold treatments. These results indicated that BdPP2C2 was a response factor in the condition of abiotic stresses, and it might be regulated by relevant signaling molecules.
