摘要 用ANSYS建立电磁滚筒和抛光件的二维静态磁场仿真模型,仿真研究抛光件分别在工作气隙δ为30mm处和电磁滚筒表面时,对电磁滚筒磁感应强度的影响和所受电磁力的大小,以及电磁滚筒磁场的分布规律.仿真结果表明,当抛光件位于工作气隙δ为30mm处,磁感应强度增大了2.4~2.54倍;当抛光件位于电磁滚筒表面处,磁感应强度波动增大;处于磁场中的抛光件改变了电磁滚筒局部磁力线的分布和密度.通过仿真,对移动式电磁分选机电磁滚筒的优化设计和各参数的选择可提供一定的参考. The two dimensional static magnetic field simulation model of electromagnetic roller and polishing ports was established by the use of ANSYS software. The influence of magnetic flux density of the electromagnetic roller and the size of the electromagnetic force suffered is researched, and magnetic field distribution rule of the electromagnetic roller when the polished ports at the place of working air gap δ of 30mm and surface of the electromagnetic roller is studied The result of simulation showed that, when the polished parts at the place of working air gap δ is of 30mm, the magnetic flux density increases from 2.4 to 2.54 times at the existence of polished pieces ,when the polished parts at the place of surface of the electromagnetic roller, it increased fluctuations of magnetic flux density at the existence of polished pieces. The palished parts in a magnetic field change the local distribution and density of magnetic lines of force of the electromagnetic roller. The simulation provided a reference for the optimization design and selection of the parameters of electromagnetic roller of the movable electromagnetic separation mechanical.
