摘要
目的研究健中消食片促进动物消化功能的效果。方法小肠运动试验设高、中、低3个剂量组(500、1000、1 500 mg/kg.BW)及空白、模型对照组,测定小鼠的小肠墨汁推进率。消化酶的测定试验设高、中、低3个剂量组(250、750、1 500 mg/kg.BW)及空白对照组,观察对大鼠体重、体重增重、摄食量和食物利用率的影响,测定大鼠的胃蛋白酶活性和胃蛋白酶的排出量。结果在模型成立的基础上,3个剂量组的小鼠小肠墨汁推进率为(51.5±6.5)%、(50.9±5.5)%、(50.0±7.6)%与模型对照组(39.7±7.3)%比较增加明显,差异有统计学意义(F=6.82,P<0.01);中、高剂量组的大鼠胃蛋白酶活性(504.3±136.2)μ/ml、(550.1±176.2)μ/ml与空白对照组(298.2±94.9)μ/ml比较增加明显,差异有统计学意义(F=5.82;P<0.05,P<0.01);胃蛋白酶排出量(477.0±188.8)μ/h、(484.2±193.6)μ/h与空白对照组(245.2±109.8)μ/h比较增加差异有统计学意义(F=5.37;P<0.01,P<0.01)。对大鼠体重、体重增重、摄食量、食物利用率的影响不明显。结论在试验条件下,健中消食片对动物具有促进消化功能。
Objective To study the effect of Jianzhong indigestion tablets in improving animal digestive function. Methods Kunming mice were divided into three dose groups (500 mg, 1000 mg and 1500 mg/kg. BW, respectively), a blank group and a model control group for intestinal motility test, ink propelling rates as the indicator. Female SD rats were randomly divided into blank group and three doses administered groups (250 mg, 750 mg and 1500 mg/kg. BW) for determining pepsin. Indicators of rat weight, weight gain, food in- take and food utilization rate were observed; meanwhile, the rat pepsin activity and the discharge amount of pepsin in rats were measured. Results The ink propelling rates of the three doses group mice were higher than model group ( F = 6. 821, P 〈 0. 01 ). Middle dose and high dose SD rats were higher than blank group in terms of pepsin ( F = 5.82 ; P 〈 0. 05, P 〈 0. 01 ). The excretion amount of pepsin of middle dose and high dose were higher than blank group ( F = 5.37, P 〈 0. 01, P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion Under the this experiment condition, Jianzhong indigestion tablets can improve digestive function in animals.
