摘要
较薄煤层的开采效率制约柠条塔煤矿主采煤层的开采,首先从矿井较薄煤层的埋藏特点出发,提出了刨煤机组的应对措施;其次,合理确定了刨煤机开采装备的技术参数并对刨煤机工作面生产能力进行了核算;最后从经济角度分析了刨煤机开采的优缺点,提出在0.9~1.7m煤层中进行刨煤机开采可以实现年产1.8Mt的生产能力,且具备较好的技术经济效益。
Thin coal-seam mining efficiency of Ningtiaota Colliery was low. Coal plough and its equipments were put forward as countermeasure from thin coal-seam burial characteristic. Technical parameters of coal plough equipment was rationally determined and its mining ability was checked. Relative merits of mining with coal plough were analyzed from economic view. It was put forward applying coal plough in 0. 9-1. 7m coal-seam could realized 1. 8Mt output and produce better technical and economical profit.
