摘要
农村集体土地征收中易发生贪污贿赂等腐败案件。文章以N市农村集体土地征收补偿工作为例,分析在该领域各类腐败案件的特点及原因,有针对性的提出构建征地补偿过程中的反腐机制:法律、法规政策的完备,征地补偿运作程序的规范,严格征地补偿费管理制度和健全有效监督制约机制。
In the requisition of collective land in country, we can frequently find corruption cases like bribery. This paper takes the compensation of collective land requisitioned in a city in Sichuan, and has analyzed the features and causes of various kinds of corruption cases in such field. In addition, it also has proposed some mechanism against such corruptions, such as the perfection of laws, rules and policies, standardization of compensation, making strict management system of compensation funds, and the establishment of effective supervision mechanism.
