高职院校学生创新与实践能力培养——以商丘职院食品专业为例 被引量:1

摘要 高职教育人才大体上可分两类,一类是从事研究开发,研发新技术,另一类是要把开发研究出来的理论和技术转变成现实的生产。通过对高职院校学生特点的分析,认为要培养学生的创新与实践能力要从加强实训室建设、设置独立的实训课程、增加学生社会实践、完善实践教学体系四方面进行转变,以人文素质、实践能力的培养为中心,全面促进学生的综合能力的培养。 Technical personnel of innovative and practices ability is what the socio-economic development needs in 21st century .In terms of high vocational education ,it is particularly important to enhance system of students'practical and innovative ability .Traditional curriculum sys-tem has been changed and the new curriculum ideas has been established under the foundation of mutual penetration of cultural courses and pro -fessional courses ,the mutual integration of the practical knowledge and theoretical knowledge .Learning objectives was transferred from under-standing of original knowledge to professional competence .In order to promote the development of students'key competencies ,humanistic qual-ity and practical ability ,curriculum model was changed from “theory to practice”system to the “main line of professional practice” .
