摘要
为探讨小组合作学习法在护理实践教学中的应用效果,选取湖北理工学院医学院护理专业8个班的学生作为研究对象,将其分为实验组和对照组。连续2年在2组的实践教学中分别采用传统实践教学法和小组合作学习法,比较2组学生技能操作考核成绩的差异,并调查学生对小组合作学习法的评价。结果为:实验组技能操作考核成绩优于对照组;89.5%以上的学生赞成采用小组合作教学法。研究表明,小组合作教学法有助于培养学生团结合作的精神,可在护理学主干课程的实践教学中推广应用。
To investigate the effects of group cooperative learning method applied in the teaching of nursing practice,8 classes of students majoring in nursing in Medical School of Hubei Polytechnic University were selected as subjects. They were divided into the experimental group and the control group. In consecutive 2 years, the traditional practice teaching and group cooperative learning method were respectively used in the experimental group and control group in the teaching of nursing practice. The scores of students'skills assessment of the 2 groups were compared and students' evaluations about group cooperative learning method were surveyed. The results indicated skills assessment scores of the experimental group were higher than those of control group and over 89.5% of students favored group cooperative learning method. The research shows group cooperative learning method is helpful to develop students' teamwork spirit and can be promoted in the practice teaching of main courses of nursing.
