摘要
产业结构调整和优化是实现新疆跨越式发展目标的关键。以新疆县域面板数据为基础,运用固定效应模型实证分析了新疆产业结构的区域经济效应,同时检验了对口援疆政策的区域经济效应。结果表明:三次产业结构对新疆经济总体规模效应和人均规模效应存在显著的地区性差异,而产业结构协同的地区性差异并不显著;另外对口援疆的政策效应也存在地区性差异。在此基础上提出了相应的对策建议。
Industrial structure adjustment and optimization is the key to realize xinjiang great-leap-forward development goals. Based on the panel data of county in xin jiang , this paper analyze the regional economic effect of industrial structure in xinjiang, and tested the regional economic effect of the counterpart aid xinjiang by using fixed effect model .The results show that：the overall scale economy effect and per capita scale effect among the three industries exist significant regional differences,however the regional differences of the industrial structure adjustment are not significant.In addition,the regional economic effect of the counterpart aid xinjiang also exist regional differences.Based on this, we advance the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
