摘要
引入弹体强度的理论算法,对某型155 mm榴弹的不同壁厚弹体进行了强度计算。采用LS-DYNA软件对弹丸进行实体建模和边界加载,建立其发射过程的动力学仿真模型。由仿真结果与理论值的对比可知,两者的误差在合理的范围之内。通过分析不同厚度弹体的计算结果,总结弹体壁厚减小后其应力集中程度和分布区域的变化规律,可供弹丸设计时参考。
Based on the theory of projectile strength algorithm,this paper calculates the strength of 155 mm shrapnel projectiles with different wal thickness. uses LSDYNA software to establish the solid modeling,boundary load and dynamic simulation model of the process of its launch. The simulation results are compared with the theoretical value,the error is in the reasonable range. By analyzing their calculation results,the changing rules of the stress concentration degree and the distribution area are summed up with the wal thickness decreases.These give effective reference to the projectile design.
