摘要
为了减少纱线的毛羽,提高纱线的质量,简要分析在原料、设备器件、车间温湿度及人为因素等方面分析了传统环锭纺细纱机及网格圈式紧密纺细纱机上成纱毛羽形成的主要原因,并进行了相应的实验。提出了控制细纱毛羽的主要措施,即采用成熟度适中及短绒率低的原棉,注意钢领与钢丝圈的的选配及使用周期,调节好车间温湿度并加强车间管理。结果表明,采用以上措施有利于减少毛羽。
In order to reduce yarn hairiness and improve yarn quality, this paper simply analyzes the main causes for formation of yarn hairiness during use of ring spinning frame and lattice apron compact spinning frame in the aspects of raw material, equipment, workshop temperature and humidity as well as human factors. This paper proposes main measures to control spun yarn hairiness through analysis and experimental results, i. e. adopt raw cottons with moderate maturity and low short fiber content, pay attention to selection and use period of steel collar and steel ring and adjust temperature, humidity o{ workshops and enhance workshop management. The results show that the above measures contribute to decreasing hairiness.
