摘要
伴随着高校合并的步伐的加快,档案管理工作面临前所未有的机遇和挑战,如何打好这场攻坚战成为新合并高职院校亟待解决的问题,本文将从合并后的高校档案管理存在的问题及其对策入手,提出自己的一点思考。
Along with the universities speeding up the pace of merging, archive management is confronted with hitherto unknown opportunities and challenges. How to conquer the challenge has become a problem to be solved for the newly-merged vocational colleges. This paper starts from problems existing and the countermeasures in archives management after the merger of colleges and the problem and countermeasures, and puts forward some thoughts.
