摘要
目的切实加强食品安全监督管理,动态掌握南通市流通领域食品安全动态状况,及时为市民提供流通领域食品安全信息。方法按国家统一规定的法定检测标准进行检验,无国标规定的按监管部门规定的行业检测标准执行。结果全市流通领域共抽检食品58类2 289份产品,合格2 199份,合格率为96.1%,其中大米、食用植物油等37类食品合格率为100%。结论通过建立食品检测风险分析评估体系和预警机制,进一步提高了南通市流通领域食品消费的安全性,保护了市民身体健康和生命安全。
Objective Strengthen food safety supervision and management, dynamic control the circulation of food safety, the city's situation, in time for the public to provide information on the city's circulation area of food safety. Methods According to national unity statutory testing standards for inspection, no national standard required by regulatory authorities, industry testing standards. Results Sampling of the city's total circulation 2289 copies of 58 categories of food products, qualified 2199, with a pass rate of 96.1%, of which rice, edible oil 37 categories of food pass rate of 100%.
