武汉市中心城区湖泊空间类型、开放程度及空间分布特征 被引量:8

Spatial pattern, openness and spatial distribution characteristics of lakes in Wuhan central urban area

摘要 兼具自然功能和社会功能的城市湖泊是城市开放空间的重要组成部分.提高城市湖泊滨水空间的开敞程度、可进入程度是提升城市形象和人居环境质量的重要方面,也是构建可持续城市的必要条件.被誉为"百湖之市"的武汉市长期陷于"优于水而忧于水"困境中.房地产开发的持续升温和"湖景房"的兴起导致武汉市湖泊数量和水面的进一步减少和萎缩.为应对挑战,更合理的开发和保护城市湖泊,武汉市加大了对湖泊的规划和管理的力度.本文以武汉市中心城区城市湖泊作为研究对象,基于"城市空间发展边界"对城市湖泊与中心城区空间关系进行了划分.选取和构建测度环湖开敞空间、可见水道路比例等相关指标及其相应人均指标,并分别进行计算.综合运用GIS工具、距离分析、Kernel密度分析等方法对所选湖泊开放程度量化结果的空间分布特征进行分析,并对"湖在城中"、"湖在城边"两种不同类型湖泊的各种指标差异进行对比分析,从而为深化城市发展与湖泊空间关系的理解,提升城市规划和管理的科学性提供支撑. Urban lake, both with natural and social functions, is an important part of urban open spaces. Make the waterfront space of urban lakes more open and more accessible is important to improving the city's image and quality of living environment, and is moreover important to achieving sustainable city. Wuhan which has been hailed as "city of hundred lakes" used to be troubled in water environmental problems. As the real estate market continues to heat up and the housing with lake view becomes more popular, the number and the area of lakes in Wuhan decreased and shrunk. To deal with such challenges, Wuhan government strengthened the plan and management to urban lakes for more reasonable development and protection. This paper chose the lakes in Wuhan central urban area as study objects. Based on the analysis of spatial relationship between lakes and central urban area, we selected related indicators to measure openness and visible shoreline of lakes and their corresponding degree of per capita. By integrated using GIS tool, distance analysis and Kernel density estimation, we analyzed the spatial characters of all calculation results and compared the differences between the "lakes in city" and "lakes beside city" in different indicators. The findings of this paper could help better understanding of the spatial relationship between city development and urban lakes and provide a scientific basis for future urban plan and management for Wuhan Municipality.
